Apartments
The total number of the apartments is 74, of which 16 are studios, 53 - one-bedroom apartments and 5 - two-bedroom apartments. All the apartments have balconies with a fantastic view at Pamporovo and/or Snezhanka Peak and the Television tower. For better comfort and romantic atmosphere, the one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments have a fireplace in the living room, which can be used for heating if preferred. All apartments have a separate ski-locker.
The owner of the apartment receives it fully completed and furnished, which includes:
Walls – painted with latex in warm and cosy colours;
Flooring in corridors, bathrooms and living rooms – Italian terracotta tiles/granite tiles (on the balconies);
Bedrooms – soft and warm carpet flooring;
Mounted radiators, lamps, switches and sockets in all premises;
Fully equipped bathroom with mounted fixtures;
Equipped kitchen with a hot-plate unit and aspirator;
